Smetec can create 3D CAD Designs and Models from sketches, old pencil drawn manufacturing drawings or concepts from your imagination during our consultation. With the added ability to reverse engineer existing or obsolete parts using our mobile 3D Scanning equipment from the part to producing the final 3D CAD models.
Using a variety of programs including Coreldraw, Design Edge & Solidworks Professional which also allows us to analyse, render and export your drawings in a usable format or better yet process your requirements in house, at our state of the art facility.
Some formats readily available are .dxf .svg .dwg .step .sldasm to name a few with the ability to convert and work with most industry standard formats.
